Qualifications and Physical Standards
FA / FSc / equivalent
• A minimum score of 60% on FA/FSc and
equivalent.
• Candidates who achieve a score of 60% or higher on the
BA/BSc, BA/BSc(Hons) and BBA/BPA and 50% on the FA/FSc are eligible to take the
PMA Long Course.
Physical Standard
• Minimum height: 5'4 (162.5 cm)
• Weight: Based on BMI

• Push-ups = 15 reps in 2 minutes
• Sit-ups = 20 reps in 2 minutes

• Gutter crossing = 7.4″ x 7.4″ and 4 depths
